The small jobs are the ones that never get done. Scuffed walls, a sticking door, a blown light globe in the stairwell — individually they’re minor, together they make a property look neglected. Our property care crews work through the punch list on one visit, so managers and owners aren’t chasing a different contractor for every item.

What’s included

• Wall patching, filling and touch-up or full-room repainting
• Door and window adjustments — sticking frames, hinges, handles and seals
• General carpentry: skirting, shelving, handrails and loose fittings
• Light globe and tube replacement in accessible fittings
• Tap washers, silicone re-sealing and grout repairs
• Signage, hooks, mirrors and fixtures mounted securely
• Condition reports with photos, so you can see what was done

How it’s priced

Property care runs on an hourly rate with a half-day minimum, or as a fixed quote for a defined list of works. Send through the list and we’ll tell you what we can complete in a visit. Anything requiring a licensed trade — electrical, plumbing, gas or structural work — is flagged in writing and referred to a licensed contractor rather than attempted on the day.
