ORE Services started in a single van with one commercial contract and a simple idea: the crew that cleans your site should also be the people who supply it. No middleman, no finger-pointing when the paper towel runs out, and one person you can call.

What we actually do

We run scheduled cleaning for offices, medical and dental suites, strata common areas, retail spaces and gyms, alongside one-off work like end of lease cleans, post-build hand-overs and deep carpet care. Every contract starts with a documented scope of works so both sides know exactly what is included.

How we hire

Every cleaner who works on your site is directly employed, police-checked, and inducted to your specific premises before their first shift. We do not subcontract to whoever is available that week. That is why the same faces turn up each visit, and why they learn the quirks of your building.

Our guarantee

If something is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will return and re-clean that area at no charge. No arguments, no invoicing games. We carry $20 million in public liability cover and full workers compensation, and we are happy to provide certificates of currency on request.
